Cancellations

In order to provide optimal scheduling for all clients, we must implement a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy for all appointments booked.  Any appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services.   Any no-shows or same day cancellations will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled services and will be required to be payed in full before booking any future appointments.  It is equally important that you arrive on time to your appointment as well to insure that there is ample time for us to perform your scheduled services. However, we understand things happen so please let us know if you are running late, and be aware than any arrival time 30 minutes or more past scheduled time may be considered a cancellation and could result in cancellation fees as well.   We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and trust that by booking your appointment, you assume responsibility to comply with this cancellation policy.

Children

We love your children, and as a mother myself I know that planning time away from your child may be difficult at times. However, to ensure that we are able to give you the attention that you deserve during your visit, we must ask that you do your best to make arrangements that allow you to come to your appointment without your little ones accompanying you.  The salon is not a safe place for a child and you deserve to enjoy your time there stress free without the worries of your child's safety.
